BengalBuy website return and refund policy for customers in Bangladesh.

1. Return eligibility — change of mind

Return requests may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, with packaging and accessories, and proof of purchase is provided. Return approval is subject to inspection and category restrictions.

১. প্রত্যাবর্তনের যোগ্যতা — মনের পরিবর্তন

পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, মূল অবস্থায়, প্যাকেজিং ও অনুষঙ্গসহ এবং ক্রয় প্রমাণসহ থাকলে ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে। রিটার্ন অনুমোদন পরিদর্শন ও পণ্য বিভাগের সীমাবদ্ধতার ওপর নির্ভর করে।

2. Wrong, damaged, or defective item

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact BengalBuy as soon as possible with photo or video evidence. After verification, BengalBuy will arrange replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.

২. ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য

আপনি ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ BengalBuy-এ যোগাযোগ করুন। যাচাইয়ের পর প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিস্থাপন, রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।

3. Category restrictions

Unless the item is wrong or defective, installed or used smart devices and appliances, solar or lithium batteries and related components with broken seal or use, and clearance items marked Final Sale may not be eligible for return.

৩. পণ্য বিভাগের সীমাবদ্ধতা

পণ্য ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ না হলে ইনস্টল/ব্যবহৃত স্মার্ট ডিভাইস ও অ্যাপ্লায়েন্স, সিল ভাঙা বা ব্যবহৃত সোলার/লিথিয়াম ব্যাটারি ও সংশ্লিষ্ট অংশ, এবং Final Sale হিসেবে চিহ্নিত ক্লিয়ারেন্স আইটেম রিটার্নের যোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

4. Refund method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where feasible. For COD orders, approved refunds are paid to the customer’s provided MFS or bank details after inspection approval.

৪. রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি

সম্ভব হলে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়। COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পরিদর্শন অনুমোদনের পর গ্রাহকের দেওয়া এমএফএস বা ব্যাংক তথ্য অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হয়।

5. Refund timelines

For force majeure after full payment, BengalBuy notifies within 48 hours and refunds within 72 hours without forcing a substitute purchase. Eligible refund cases, including non-delivery where applicable, are completed within a maximum of 10 days via the same payment channel where feasible.

৫. রিফান্ড সময়সীমা

পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর ফোর্স ম্যাজুর হলে BengalBuy ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানায় এবং কোনো বিকল্প ক্রয় বাধ্য না করে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেয়। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে নন-ডেলিভারিসহ যোগ্য রিফান্ড সর্বোচ্চ ১০ দিনের মধ্যে সম্ভব হলে একই পেমেন্ট চ্যানেলে সম্পন্ন করা হয়।

6. Return shipping cost

If the return is due to BengalBuy’s error, such as wrong, defective, or damaged item, BengalBuy bears the return logistics cost. For accepted change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

৬. রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ

BengalBuy-এর ভুলের কারণে রিটার্ন হলে, যেমন ভুল, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য, BengalBuy রিটার্ন লজিস্টিক খরচ বহন করে। গ্রহণযোগ্য মনের পরিবর্তনজনিত রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ বহন করেন।
