2. Prepaid orders
For prepaid orders where full payment is completed, BengalBuy hands over the parcel to the courier within 48 hours after full payment and notifies the customer where possible. Delivery timeline after full payment is within 5 days for the same city and within 10 days for a different city or village.
২. প্রিপেইড অর্ডার
পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়া প্রিপেইড অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে BengalBuy ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কুরিয়ারের কাছে পার্সেল হস্তান্তর করে এবং সম্ভব হলে গ্রাহককে জানায়। পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর একই শহরে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে এবং ভিন্ন শহর বা গ্রামে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারির লক্ষ্য থাকে।
3. COD orders
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible areas and items. COD orders may require phone or SMS verification before dispatch. BengalBuy dispatches COD orders promptly after verification and aims to meet the delivery timeframe shown at checkout.

যোগ্য এলাকা ও পণ্যের জন্য ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা থাকতে পারে। COD অর্ডার পাঠানোর আগে ফোন বা এসএমএস যাচাই প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। যাচাইয়ের পর BengalBuy দ্রুত COD অর্ডার পাঠায় এবং চেকআউটে দেখানো ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা পূরণের চেষ্টা করে।
4. Pre-order and import orders
Pre-order or import products are clearly labelled with estimated timeline and payment terms. Advance collection for items not ready to ship is capped at 30% unless escrow is used where available.

প্রি-অর্ডার বা আমদানি পণ্য আনুমানিক সময়সীমা ও পেমেন্ট শর্তসহ পরিষ্কারভাবে লেবেল করা থাকে। পাঠানোর জন্য প্রস্তুত নয় এমন পণ্যের অগ্রিম সংগ্রহ ৩০% পর্যন্ত সীমিত, যদি না উপলভ্য ক্ষেত্রে এসক্রো ব্যবহার করা হয়।
5. Split shipments
If an order contains multiple items, delivery may occur in parts. BengalBuy will disclose this where applicable and share status for each shipment part.

একটি অর্ডারে একাধিক পণ্য থাকলে ডেলিভারি অংশে হতে পারে। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে BengalBuy এটি জানাবে এবং প্রতিটি শিপমেন্ট অংশের অবস্থা শেয়ার করবে।
6. Address issues and failed delivery
Customers should ensure that delivery address and phone number are accurate. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or unreachable phone may require rescheduling, and additional courier costs may apply.
৬. ঠিকানা সমস্যা ও ব্যর্থ ডেলিভারি
গ্রাহকের ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর সঠিক হওয়া জরুরি। ভুল ঠিকানা বা ফোনে না পাওয়ার কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে পুনঃনির্ধারণ প্রয়োজন হতে পারে এবং অতিরিক্ত কুরিয়ার খরচ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
7. Inspection at delivery
Where possible, inspect the package at delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, take photo or video evidence and contact support immediately.
৭. ডেলিভারির সময় পরীক্ষা
সম্ভব হলে ডেলিভারির সময় প্যাকেজ পরীক্ষা করুন। বাহ্যিক প্যাকেজিং ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত মনে হলে ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রমাণ রাখুন এবং দ্রুত সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।
8. Force majeure
If delivery becomes impossible after full payment due to force majeure, BengalBuy notifies the customer within 48 hours and provides a full refund within 72 hours without forcing a substitute purchase.
৮. ফোর্স ম্যাজুর
ফোর্স ম্যাজুরের কারণে পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর ডেলিভারি অসম্ভব হলে BengalBuy ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে গ্রাহককে জানায় এবং কোনো বিকল্প ক্রয় বাধ্য না করে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেয়।
