1. About BengalBuy
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of bengalbuy.com and any order you place with BengalBuy. BengalBuy imports and distributes consumer goods including kids bags, travel trolleys, kids toys, home and kitchen automation items, gift items, solar and lithium items, and home decoration items.
১. BengalBuy সম্পর্কে
এই শর্তাবলী bengalbuy.com ওয়েবসাইটে আপনার প্রবেশ, ব্যবহার এবং BengalBuy-এর সাথে করা যেকোনো অর্ডার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। BengalBuy কিডস ব্যাগ, ট্রাভেল ট্রলি, শিশুদের খেলনা, হোম ও কিচেন অটোমেশন আইটেম, উপহার সামগ্রী, সোলার ও লিথিয়াম আইটেম এবং হোম ডেকোরেশন আইটেমসহ ভোক্তা পণ্য আমদানি ও বিতরণ করে।
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under the laws of Bangladesh. If you are under 18, you may use the website only under supervision of a parent or guardian.
২. যোগ্যতা
বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী চুক্তি করার সক্ষমতা আপনার থাকতে হবে। আপনার বয়স ১৮ বছরের কম হলে, আপনি শুধুমাত্র অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
3. Product information and availability
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and images. Minor variations may occur because of device display settings or manufacturer updates. If an item is unavailable, it may be marked out of stock. We may cancel or adjust an order if a product becomes unavailable, the price is materially incorrect, or verification fails. If payment was taken, refund will follow the Return & Refund Policy.
৩. পণ্যের তথ্য ও প্রাপ্যতা
আমরা সঠিক পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য ও ছবি প্রদানের চেষ্টা করি। ডিভাইসের ডিসপ্লে সেটিংস বা প্রস্তুতকারকের আপডেটের কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে। কোনো পণ্য না থাকলে তা স্টক ফুরিয়েছে হিসেবে দেখানো হতে পারে। পণ্য না পাওয়া গেলে, মূল্যসংক্রান্ত গুরুতর ভুল থাকলে বা যাচাই ব্যর্থ হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল বা সমন্বয় করতে পারি। পেমেন্ট নেওয়া হয়ে থাকলে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি অনুযায়ী ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
4. Pricing, VAT, and invoice
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. VAT applies where required under BIN 006562073-0402. BengalBuy provides invoice information with the order or delivery flow where applicable.

অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় দেখানো হয়। BIN 006562073-0402-এর অধীনে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ভ্যাট প্রযোজ্য। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে BengalBuy অর্ডার বা ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়ার সাথে চালানের তথ্য প্রদান করে।
5. Payment methods
BengalBuy may offer Cash on Delivery and prepaid payment methods for eligible areas, products, and orders. Payment availability can depend on checkout details, delivery area, product type, and verification.
৫. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি
যোগ্য এলাকা, পণ্য ও অর্ডারের জন্য BengalBuy ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং প্রিপেইড পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি দিতে পারে। পেমেন্ট প্রাপ্যতা চেকআউট তথ্য, ডেলিভারি এলাকা, পণ্যের ধরন এবং যাচাইয়ের ওপর নির্ভর করতে পারে।
6. Dispatch and delivery
For prepaid orders, BengalBuy hands over the parcel to the courier within 48 hours after full payment and notifies the customer where possible. Delivery timeline after full payment is within 5 days for the same city and within 10 days for a different city or village. COD orders are dispatched promptly after verification and depend on courier coverage and operational conditions.
৬. পাঠানো ও ডেলিভারি
প্রিপেইড অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে BengalBuy কুরিয়ারের কাছে পার্সেল হস্তান্তর করে এবং সম্ভব হলে গ্রাহককে জানায়। পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর একই শহরে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে এবং ভিন্ন শহর বা গ্রামে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারির লক্ষ্য থাকে। COD অর্ডার যাচাইয়ের পর দ্রুত পাঠানো হয় এবং কুরিয়ার কভারেজ ও কার্যক্রমগত অবস্থার ওপর নির্ভর করে।
7. Split shipments and force majeure
If one order contains multiple items, delivery may occur in parts. If delivery becomes impossible after full payment due to events beyond our reasonable control, BengalBuy will notify the customer within 48 hours and issue a full refund within 72 hours without forcing a substitute purchase.
৭. বিভক্ত শিপমেন্ট ও ফোর্স ম্যাজুর
একটি অর্ডারে একাধিক পণ্য থাকলে ডেলিভারি অংশে হতে পারে। পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারি অসম্ভব হলে BengalBuy ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে গ্রাহককে জানাবে এবং কোনো বিকল্প ক্রয় বাধ্য না করে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেবে।
8. Complaints and consumer redress
Customers may submit complaints through support@bengalbuy.com.bd or +8801711383162. BengalBuy keeps complaint records and aims to resolve complaints within 72 hours with updates by phone, email, or SMS. If unresolved, consumers may contact the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection hotline 16121 or use DNCRP complaint channels.
৮. অভিযোগ ও ভোক্তা প্রতিকার
গ্রাহক support@bengalbuy.com.bd অথবা +8801711383162 নম্বরে অভিযোগ জানাতে পারেন। BengalBuy অভিযোগের রেকর্ড রাখে এবং ফোন, ইমেইল বা এসএমএসে আপডেট দিয়ে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অভিযোগ সমাধানের চেষ্টা করে। সমাধান না হলে ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তরের হটলাইন ১৬১২১ বা DNCRP অভিযোগ চ্যানেল ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. BengalBuy may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a revised effective date.
